Welcome The latest Professional Development Session.

This PD is about Digital Literacies and seeing how 'the young people of today' see the world and what we can do to keep pace with some of the technologies they know and use.

We will also be looking at ways we can use the computer suites a bit more effectively. There are some really simple websites that can be used either in class as actual activities or outside class as part of your prep just to pretty-up any hand-outs in class.

If you’re not comfortable in front of a computer, don’t worry. By looking at these websites, you’ll be improving your IT skills and your knowledge of the impending generation’s technology.  

You won’t be sucked into the screen like that girl from Poltergeist; and most importantly, you can’t break anything, so relax!
